Refund Policy
Last updated: July 28, 2026
Overview
This policy applies to BeatScreen subscriptions purchased through our website. It supplements, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
14-day unused purchase refund
In addition to any statutory rights, we will request that the applicable payment partner issue a full refund when you request it within 14 calendar days of the purchase or subscription renewal and you have not used any paid computing functionality.
For this policy, use includes activating a paid license, exporting with paid features, or otherwise accessing or benefiting from paid functionality. Once use has begun, we normally do not offer a discretionary refund for that billing period.
Other eligible cases
We will review refund requests fairly where there was a duplicate charge, an unauthorised charge, a technical problem that prevented delivery or paid access and cannot be resolved, or where required by applicable law. We may ask for information needed to investigate the request.
Digital content and statutory rights
Digital products may be made available immediately after purchase. Where the law allows withdrawal rights to end after immediate digital delivery or use, the payment partner’s buyer terms and the actual checkout flow govern any required consent and acknowledgement. This policy does not itself obtain that consent or remove statutory rights for a faulty product, non-delivery, or any other right that cannot be excluded by law.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the email address used for the purchase, your order or transaction ID, and a short description of the request. We aim to respond within five business days. Approved refunds are returned by the payment partner to the original payment method; timing depends on the payment method and financial institution.
Subscription cancellation
You may cancel a subscription before its next billing date using the instructions in your purchase confirmation. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not by itself refund a period already paid for.
